The FEAR Academy

Structure, confidence,
commercial maturity.

A fully modular programme designed to develop practical operational competence and commercial confidence. Twelve core modules. Twelve weeks. Then a longer-term journey into supported independence.

A quiet study moment — notebook, pen and coffee

How it works

Distinct from CAS. Complementary to it.

The expectation for most advisers is that the 12 core modules are completed over an initial 12-week period — running alongside The Route to CAS, provided and managed separately by Rockstone Compliance.

The Academy and the CAS journey are distinct but complementary. Competent Adviser Status provides formal confirmation that an adviser has demonstrated the required level of competence under the supervision of the principal firm; the Academy develops the practical operational competence and commercial confidence to actually run a thriving advisory business.

The journey

A transition from structured learning into supported independence within the wider network environment.

Flexible and modular

Twelve modules. Three categories.

The programme combines scheduled weekly live sessions with supporting materials you can work through, or revisit, in your own time. The modules are grouped into three strategic categories to help you understand where your current focus may be most beneficial, and there is no compulsory order in which the supporting content must be covered.
