Our story
Built on trust, honesty and integrity.
FEAR Financial was founded on a simple frustration: too many advisers join a network and become a number. Files get checked, invoices get issued, and nobody ever asks how the business is really going.
We built the FEAR network to work the other way round. Small enough that everyone knows everyone. Structured enough to support genuine growth. And honest enough to tell you when the AR route isn't the right answer for you.

Founder & Director
Craig founded FEAR Financial after years of building his own advisory business — and seeing how impersonal larger networks can be. He hosts The Mortgage Broker Broadcast and leads the network's business development and mentoring.
Leigh Skelton
Director
Leigh keeps the network running day to day — onboarding, operations and the practical support that makes joining FEAR feel straightforward rather than daunting.
Ross McMillan
Academy Lead
Ross delivers the FEAR Academy's Foundation Phase — twelve modules of practical, real-world adviser development, supported by weekly live sessions.
Alongside the core team, our Appointed Representatives support one another through monthly and quarterly network meetings and ongoing group sessions.
